The Autodesk CAM team has released the next update to InventorCAM (HSM) 2020, is a powerful CAM software application designed to improve productivity and deliver seamless workflows in manufacturing environments so design teams can easily move components from the design stage through to CNC manufacture. Compatibility with Inventor 2021
- Fixed a licensing issue which prevented the 2020.3 update of Inventor CAM from running with Inventor 2021. (#19874)
Uninstall
In some circumstances, an incorrect update version appears on the Windows "Installed Updates" page and this update cannot be uninstalled there. When this is the case, this update can be uninstalled using one of the following commands in the Windows Command Prompt. Choose the command corresponding to your HSM product:
- Inventor CAM Premium/Ultimate: msiexec.exe /promptrestart /qb /uninstall {AB93B132-0F7A-47E6-B6D5-2FB2EBC38AAB} /package {08246110-8B45-41B8-BE4C-1091C19900C0} SETUP=1
- Inventor CAM Express: msiexec.exe /promptrestart /qb /uninstall {0444B0F7-953F-44EE-8051-E6D30FC89589} /package {90A7FECD-439D-410F-95DE-4554392F7021} SETUP=1
