CSiBridge 26 ModelingStaged-construction operations Pour Concrete and Remove Forms are now available for Super-T bridge sections. Using these operations, the weight of the wet concrete slab can be applied to the girders in one stage, and the stiffness of the cured slab activated in a subsequent stage.LoadingThe response-spectrum function according to the Chinese JTG/T 2231-01-2020 code has been added. Analysis- Performance has been improved for models with frame elements in the presence of many load patterns. This includes speed increases in stiffness formation, event determination, and state-update operations. Nonlinear static, staged-construction, and nonlinear direct-integration time-history load cases will benefit the most.- Speed improvements have been made for calculating joint-reaction response for influence-based moving-load cases. Modeling, analysis and design of bridge structures have been integrated into CSI Bridge to create the ultimate in computerized engineering tools. Using CSI Bridge, engineers can easily define complex bridge geometries, boundary conditions and load cases. Lanes and vehicles can be defined quickly and include width effects. Simple and practical Gantt charts are available to simulate modeling of construction sequences and scheduling. Completely integrated within the CSI Bridge design package is the power of the SAPFire analysis engine, including staged construction, creep and shrinkage analysis, cable tensioning to target forces, camber and shape finding, geometric nonlinearity (P-delta and large displacements), material nonlinearity (superstructure, bearings, substructure and soil supports), buckling and static and dynamic analysis. All of these apply to a single comprehensive model. In addition, AASHTO LRFD design is included with automated load combinations, superstructure design and the latest seismic design.
