This machining style is well suited for the preliminaryroughing of the piece.
The machining will be executed on parallel planes as interraces, with concentric tracks, being the tool on a stable Z value. Then thetool will plunge to a different Z value and the emptying will continue on thatlower terrace and so on.
The tool tracks is extremely optimized and the tool will stayas much as possible in touch with the surface. Moreover it will move as more asit can with the cutting face on its right side. Furthermore it is possible todefine exactly the shape of the stock using surfaces to be marked as boundarysurfaces. To program the card, it is necessary the surfaces and the curves ofisles, or boundary planes.
There are a number of specific commands
- - Parameters. Edit the machining parameters of the activecard.
- - Save as default parameters. Save the parameters of theactive card as default for cards of the same type.
- - Save parameters of configurations list. Save to file theconfiguration of the technological parameters.
- - Upload parameters from the list. Upload a configurationof technological parameters from the list.
- - Processing Test. It executes the first stage of thecalculation of the tool track, without generating the CNC files.
- - Duplicate. Create a duplicate of the card.
- - Completive card. Create a special completive card.
- - Destroy. Destroy the card and all of its contents.
- - Isles. Create a profile to be used as an isles.
- - Limit Plane. Create a plan, to be used as a limitplan.
- - View machining files. Show the machining file if presentand valid.
- - Add files. It adds an extra file to be displayed in thecontext of the card.
- - Cancel extra files. Remove the extra file list to bedisplayed in the context of the card
- - Disable background. Turn off the background display.
- - Choose background. Choose the window to be used asbackground.
- - Edit machining plane. Edit the machining plane.
- - Extended View. Activates the extended display mode.
- - Work active card. It generates the ISO file for theactive card.
