To change software language, right click on setup, show content, resources, product and open driver.xml
On scroll bottom and replace the value on
<InstallLanguage>*****</InstallLanguage>
with your language.

Important note!

Due to the nature of this No Account patch, it is recommended to go in General preferences and Turn Off the welcome window (where possible), and also set new documents to the legacy version in each app. There are some differences between Adobe apps patched with this patcher and the full account patch, notably:
• There is not the full Welcome window experience in every app
• Neural Filters and Gen AI does not work in this version (unless you use a plugin that has similar features). Generative Fill, Neural Filters and Generative Recolor won’t work.
• You don’t have access to Creative Cloud Libraries, that can be used across Adobe apps
The no account patch is a simpler patch and means you can run the Adobe apps offline, without having to sign in. It should also work between version updates (within reason, as things could change). As always, proceed with caution when running this patcher on a newer version of an Adobe app that was released after the patch. If you get unexpected behavior or Genuine messages, always try and revert back to the first version this patcher supports.
