nginx（发音同engine x）是一款由俄罗斯程序员Igor Sysoev所开发轻量级的网页服务器、反向代理服务器以及电子邮件（IMAP/POP3）代理服务器。起初是供俄国大型的门户网站及搜索引擎Rambler（俄语：Рамблер）使用。此软件BSD-like协议下发行，可以在UNIX、GNU/Linux、BSD、Mac OS X、Solaris，以及Microsoft Windows等操作系统中运行，Nginx 已经因为它的稳定性、丰富的功能集、示例配置文件和低系统资源的消耗而闻名了。

其特点是占有内存少，并发能力强，事实上nginx的并发能力确实在同类型的网页伺服器中表现较好.目前中国大陆使用nginx网站用户有：新浪、网易、 腾讯,另外知名的微网志Plurk也使用nginx。

*）功能：“解析器”指令支持几个解析器。
*）修正：在启动或重新配置分段故障发生，当“SSL”指令用于在HTTP级别没有“ssl_certificate”定义。
