New in FINE / Acoustics 8.1 New wizard to predict tonal and broadband noise for turbomachinery applicationsThe Turbomachinery wizard implemented in FINE/Acoustics v7.1 has been extended to enable the computation of tonal noise analysis. Both tonal and broadband noise analysis can now be performed through the wizard. Several improvements have also been integrated for the computation of broadband noise compared to the initial implementation. The Turbomachinery wizard offers a fast, reliable and user friendly solution to automatically perform acoustic analysis for turbomachinery applications. Designed for both axial and radial configurations, the wizard requires minimal user inputs and provides detailed information (Radiated Sound Power, Sound Pressure Level at microphones, acoustic field), enabling ultimately to reduce the design cycling cost. 0. Uninstall (if exist) previous SSQ's NUMECA License Server To do it: Run as Administrator "NUMECA_License_Server_11.14.0.2_x64\server_remove.bat" Remove folder "NUMECA_License_Server_11.14.0.2_x64" from computer
1. Install NUMECA Acoustics 8.1 Win64. Do not reboot at the end of setup!
2. Copy folder "NUMECA_License_Server_11.14.0.2_x64" to NUMECA_SOFTWARE root folder (by default to C:\NUMECA_SOFTWARE)
3. Run as Administrator "NUMECA_License_Server_11.14.0.2_x64\server_install.bat" and wait until new services "NUMECA License Server" and "ISISCFDD License Server" will be installed and started
4. Run "NUMECA_License_Server_11.14.0.2_x64\numeca_SSQ.reg" and confirm to add info into Windows Registry
5. Run "NUMECA_License_Server_11.14.0.2_x64\SolidSQUADLoaderEnabler.reg" and confirm to add info into Windows Registry
6. Replace original <Acoustics81 program folder> (by default C:\NUMECA_SOFTWARE\Acoustics81 ) with cracked one
7. REBOOT computer!!
